I requested offers from other companies for my house a few days prior to contacting Living Ways Properties.  Randy came and met me the morning I called and looked at the house and provided  a super offer within a day.  I waited for the competition to respond. They we also supposed to meet me at the house and look at it, but never came by at the appointed time and just made an offer over the phone based on the pictures which I supplied them Their offer was less than half of what Randy offered.
